Until your area opens we onboard every business personally, so your cards, offers and staff training are set up with you. And you’re never waiting on us to bring the crowd: every customer your staff sign up at the counter is one more person carrying your card.
A one-time ₱5,000 fee covers your onboarding package: account setup, your first stamp cards and offers, staff training on scanning, and dashboard configuration. It also includes in-store marketing material — table signage, a window sticker and more depending on your plan — so customers see your loyalty cards and ask about them even when staff forget to mention it.
Less than you think. Profile in minutes, first offer and stamp card right after — most businesses finish everything in one sitting. Have your logo and a few photos on hand and you can go live the same day you sign up. Your staff learn the counter side in one go, because it’s one scan.
Realistically, under an hour. Once your account is set up, your profile, first stamp card and first offer each take minutes, and you’re live the moment they’re published. The only thing that adds time is when one of our team needs to schedule a visit to your location — then you’re live as soon as that visit happens.
No. Cards are digital and live in the PerksLocal app, so they can’t be lost, forgotten at home, or photocopied.
The customer opens their QR code in the app and your staff scans it. The code rotates and expires, so it can’t be reused or shared.
No. PerksLocal is a flat monthly fee — ₱3,000, ₱4,500 or ₱7,500 depending on plan. What you earn from a returning customer stays yours.
Additional locations are ₱2,000 per month each. Each location gets its own reporting inside one dashboard.
Yes, monthly or yearly, up or down. Paying yearly saves 15%.
The customer app opens on a map of businesses near them with live offers listed underneath. It’s how customers who don’t know you yet find you.
